Drake Is Reportedly Being Sued Over the Opening Monologue on "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2"

According to TMZ, Drake is being sued over the opening monologue on his Jay Z-assisted track "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2" off Nothing Was The Same. 

The liner notes on the album credit the opening 35 second monologue to a 1982 song "Jimmy Smith Rap" by jazz musician Jimmy Smith.
