West coast emcees, Hit-Boy and rap duo Audio Push (Price and Oktane) stopped through Complex to discuss some of the things going on with their growing Hits Since '87 (HS87) label.
Things have changed since they stepped out on the scene with some of Hit-Boy's first forays as a rapper. The team has grown, their reach has expanded, and most importantly the music has gotten better.
We spoke to them about their considerably large label roster and how they came to be. We also spoke with them about their single "Grinding My Whole Life" which features their entire camp; the same single that got the remix treatment by none other than newly reunited G-Unit. The squad also discusses how they have shed prior opinions and managed to sharpen their skills.
Audio Push is embarking on The Paisley Summer Tour on July 17 with Vince Staples and Skeme. Until then check out the interview above.
